I have been unhappy with my weight for a long time - I have tried countless diets, excersize programs, and gotten different advice from a countless amount of people. This is my way of being accountable for you guys! I will be checking in every couple days to enter the foods I have eaten, excersizes I have done, etc.
For those of you who will follow my blog - maybe one person, lol- thank you, and I will reveal my starting weight when my journey is over. So you will be in suspense for the next 11 months! I will say this, though: I will be losing over 100 lbs.
Today, I have had my last soda until the end of my weightloss journey. Talk to you later diet coke!
I will be relinquishing one thing for every ten pounds I lose, first pop, next, who knows!
